Before your athlete begins to struggle with something in pursuit of their sports dreams:
- Understand what drives them
- Understand what stresses them (in their sport & with others)
- Know what limitations they have
- Learn how to (and how not to) communicate with them
- Let them develop their confidence & mental fitness
